🌾 Sorry for the absence, folks! 🌾

It’s been a busy time here at the farm as we start prepping for the fall season. Between daily chores and planning ahead, there’s always something going on!

🐥 Coming soon, I’ll also be making room for grow-outs, which means there may be some birds available! Keep an eye out for updates if you’ve been hoping to add to your flock. (Stay tuned for future posts!)

🥚 Eggs are still in steady supply!
We’ve got plenty of dozens available (mostly singles), but if you’d prefer an 18-count, we'd happy to put one together. We also offer both washed and unwashed eggs — just let me know your preference when ordering.

🥚✨ It’s That Time Again — EGG SALE TIME! ✨🥚
The hens have been busy doing what they do best… laying beautiful, farm-fresh eggs like it’s a full-time job! With the warm weather in full swing, production is beginning to slow but these gals are still producing!

🧺 Dozen (12-count): $3
We are running low on 12-count cartons, so these will be limited quantities!
🧺 18-count: $4.50

These eggs come straight from our happy, free-ranging hens here at Kasper’s Roost ‘n Ranch, where they’re spoiled with sunshine, fresh air, love, and a whole lot of treats. You’ll taste the difference with every bite.

📍We’re located near Kimbolton, but we’re often in:

Cambridge
Pleasant City / Caldwell
Akron
Zanesville

A huge thank you to Gracie’s Fuzzy Raptors for supplying us with some top-notch hatching eggs... They delivered BIG TIME!

We just welcomed a fresh batch of adorable Silkie chicks to the flock, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how beautifully they turned out. So much fluff, personality, and charm already and it all started with great genetics and care from a fellow farm we trust.

We’re all about supporting small farms and sharing the love!! This hatch was definitely a win! Stay tuned for updates on these little bundles of fluff!

Well folks… today’s surprise on the farm: we’ve officially discovered a rat hole.
That’s right.. looks like someone’s been sneaking in for midnight snacks without paying rent!

While we love animals, these particular freeloaders are not on the guest list.
So it’s time to bring out the traps, tidy the feed, and show them the coop is closed for rodents!

You’ve been warned, fluff overload is real!

✨ Did someone say MORE fluff?! ✨
Here come our other Silkie sisters, stealing hearts and turning heads with every poofy strut and curious cluck. From their fuzzy feet to their cotton ball crests, these ladies are full of personality, sass, and serious style.

🐔 Both of these sisters are incredibly sweet, loving, and just plain adorable to have around. They follow us like puppies and always stop to say hi (especially if snacks are involved)!

🐶 In the first photo, we’ve got a special guest star, our resident farm pup, Holly! She’s amazing with the birds and fiercely protective of her feathered friends… though she does have a sneaky habit of stealing their snacks!

Here you’ll find our girls, lounging in the sun like they’re on an all-inclusive beach vacation… in the dust pit. ⛱️ ☀️ They lay cream-tinted eggs and bring warmth with just the right touch of fluff to life on the roost!

Proof that big personalities come in small, fluffy packages!
With their round shape and feather-covered legs, they look like they rolled straight out of a cartoon. Don’t be fooled by the fluff! These birds are tough cookies with a motherly side and lots of love to give. 🐣

They lay small, cream-colored eggs and yes, they know they’re cute. Just ask them! Super friendly and cuddly, plus great with kids!
