🌶️🫑 A Little Garden Goodness from Miska Patch Farm! 🌱❤️

There’s something satisfying about walking outside and picking fresh vegetables that you’ve grown yourself. They might not all be perfectly shaped or look like the ones sitting on the grocery store shelves, but that just makes them better in my book!

A little dirt, a little patience, some sunshine, and a whole lot of hoping the bugs don’t get to them first! With the cooler weather rolling in, I’m appreciating every last bit of goodness our garden has to offer.

It’s a simple reminder that sometimes the little things we work hard for bring the biggest smiles.

🫑 Now the big question… what would YOU make with these fresh peppers? Stuffed peppers, homemade salsa, or something with a little kick? 🌶️🔥

Country Choas
Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Super easy, hearty comfort food!

Soup:
• 1½ lbs ground beef
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 potatoes, cubed
• 2 cups crinkle-cut carrots
• 2 celery stalks, sliced
• 1½ cups green beans
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 can RO*TEL, undrained
• 5 cups beef broth
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1½–2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
• Salt to taste

Brown hamburger with onion, drain, then add garlic.

Add beef mixture, potatoes, carrots, celery, RO*TEL, broth, Worcestershire and Mrs. Dash to the crockpot.

Cook LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.

Add green beans and corn during the last 30–45 minutes. Taste and add more Mrs. Dash or salt if needed.

Pair with Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits.
