WHITE VELVET CAKE WITH WILD-BERRY MASCARPONE CREAM
A velvety white cake with a tender crumb, layered with wild-berry compote and a light wild-berry mascarpone cream filling. The wild-berry mixture is reminiscent of foraging in the woods with baskets of various berries, creating an unexpected, fresh flavor filled

combination of wild berries. The mascarpone gives this cream a light and silky, semi- sweet flavor. LEMON ELDERFLOWER CAKE
This flavor has been much sought after since The Royal Wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, when they bravely wandered away from the traditional royal fruitcake. The texture of this cake is similar to a dense pound cake, yet, is surprisingly light layered with a fresh lemon curd. So many thanks to all the lovely couples who booked their wedding cakes with me. I enjoyed being part of all of your weddings. I delivered my last wedding cake yesterday and now move forward to retirement. Many blessings to all those families who allowed us to share their special day! #
