Piglets have arrived!! They are the single most fun addition to any farm. These little guys will enjoy their extra-large pen for the next few weeks before moving into the woods, where we get to see their piggie instincts shine: root, eat, nap, forage, sleep, play, root, repeat.
This also means RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN FOR WHOLE PIGS!!! May is already sold out. We only have 1 left in June, 3 left in July, and more in Sep & Dec.
As always, we wish to extend a ♥♥HUGE THANK YOU♥♥ to our customers and our community. We have scaled up from a homestead to a farm raising 50+ pigs (and chickens, sheep, veggies, and more!), and there is plenty more to come thanks to your support.

Whole Pig: $7/lb hanging weight
Half Pig: $7.25/lb hanging weight
We can work with you on a custom cut sheet or provide a "standard" whole pig.
Here is a look at a "standard" whole pig - based on 200lb hanging weight ($1,400):
Bone-In Pork Chops: 20-24 lbs
Tenderloin: 1.5-2lbs
Boston Butt/Shoulder: 14-18lbs
Spare Ribs: 2-3lbs
Bacon: 14-16lbs
Ground Pork: 20lbs
Sausage (your choice): 40lbs (surcharge for smoked)
Bones: 20+lbs
Fat: 10+lbs
Organs: Upon request (no charge)
Sausage Choices: Bratwurst, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Sage (Breakfast), Brown Sugar/Maple, Rosemary Garlic, Chorizo, Curry, Andouille, Kielbasa; Smoked: Andouille, Kielbasa (+$2/lb) Kielbasa w/ Cheese & Peppers ($3.50/lb)
