Our adult goats are on the smaller side with an average weight around 45 pounds. All have horns and brown eyes. Let us know if you’re ready to start your goat journey or add to your existing herd! Super easy meal (and pretty quick) meal idea for you!
Sweet potatoes with chicken sausage (pick your flavor) and sautéed greens - dandelion or kale or do both!

We did this last night! I cubed the potatoes and tossed in olive oil and salt and pepper. Added the chicken sausage that was cut into medallions and baked on 400 until potatoes were fork tender.

While that was baking I chopped up 2 bundles of dandelion greens and sautéed in butter and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

Once the potatoes and chicken sausage were done I dumped it all into the pan and mixed it up!

Easy, delicious and lots of yummy things in there!
