Our Smoked Kielbasa is made in house at the Butchery and available this week.
We blend pork + beef with our custom spice blend, stuff it, and slow smoke it low and slow until it's juicy, smoky, and snaps when you bite it.
Perfect on the grill, sliced in a bun, or with some potatoes. Smoked Kielbasa can be used in many recipes. Here is a simple recipe one skillet recipe:
