Fall meat chicks have arrived!

With the kids being so busy showing their livestock the last two weekends the weeds have gotten away from us. We won’t be at market this week so we can give the garden some TLC. We still have plenty of tomatoes 🍅🍅 so if you need some get ahold of us and we can hook you up.

The kids will be showing their animals all week so no market this week. Be sure to come down and watch all the 4-H’ers this week.

If you need tomatoes or cucumbers give us a holler we can bring some to the fairgrounds!

Join us for the Kingman County Fair 4-H Swine Show on Thursday, July 23 at 7:30 AM at the Kingman Expo Center.

Come support our 4-H exhibitors as they showcase the results of months of hard work, dedication, and daily care. From feeding and fitting to learning valuable life skills, these youth have put in countless hours preparing their projects for the show ring.

The kids picked cherry tomatoes today and tallied up a total of 200!!

Slicers are starting to turn!!! Starting this Saturday we will have cherry tomatoes and some slicers! Come early to get tomatoes!!!

We will be set up at Champlain park tomorrow with cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, squash, potatoes. Nolan may even have some of his corn!

The garden has got over 9 inches of rain this week! While we are super thankful for the rain the garden needs some sun for the produce to grow.

We have an abundance of cauliflower! One way I like to use it is to rice it. I add it to taco meat, sloppy joes, etc. It makes the meat go farther and adds sneaks some veggies in at the same time! Mom win!!

Simply wash, cut into florets, pulse in food processor until as small as you want. Also a great thing to freeze!
