PoBoys Candied Burnt ends. $5 Family pack of country style ribs. Bbq ribs at about 325F about 10 minutes a side, then cube into whatever size you like and into the skillet for about an hour with 1/2 stick of butter, turn/stir every 20 minutes or so. Out of the skillet and back onto the grill over medium coals with a Honey/Butter glaze for about 10 minutes to carnalize glaze. (Cooked without spices so the cats can enjoy them as well)

Mesquite Smoked Mango Habanero BBQ Sauce.
olive oil, small onion, habanero peppers, garlic mango, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar,
honey, ground mustard, smoked paprika, ground ginger, brown sugar, Salt and pepper to taste.
Smoke Habanero's until soft. Sauté Onions, Garlic, and Habanero's until soft, then add other ingredients to pan and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes. Blend or Process until smooth. Leave covered in fridge overnight to allow flavors to mature.
Just enough heat to make your lips tingle.

Slow (2 Hours) Mesquite Smoked Tri Tip! Right at 2 hours on offset Smoker @ 250F to bring internal temp to 130F then fast sear (About 2 minutes per side) @ 600F. Wrapped in foil to rest for 15 minutes and serve!
