Customer feedback experience I wanna share!

I had a wonderful lady call me from Washington this week. Wanting a dessert delivered to her 90 year old father. I made him a 6" German chocolate cake with brownie bites.
This lady was so thankful she cried! It made my heart melt i have hormone issues (real bad) so I started to tear up hearing her. I knew how important it was for her and special i did this. And the amazing Shantel Marie Corley delivered the item for me on time looking like a ( her words the customer) a southern bell! Shantel thank you darlin your amazing and beautiful you looked so pretty and professional yesterday!
Anyhow I called the customer today to ask how her parents liked there treats and she expressed they loved it and she told me there is not enough thumbs to put up on my hands to express how amazing you are. She again started to cry my response was im a people pleaser and I love makimg people happy so thank you so much. When you come to visit next time you come see me ide absolutely love to meet you. She said o dear absolutely I will!

This is an experience I will not forget this is a new memory for Shanda's Sassy Classy Treats LLC
