I know I haven’t posted in a while, haven’t had time or reason to cook/bake - last night though cooked for a special someone (thyme and lemon pork and green beans) then she took me out for dessert and had deep fried rainbow cookies which were delicious 😁😋🤓🥰 (the dessert I tried was a complete fail which is why we had to go out 😂😂)

First attempt at croissants…. Good but they take forever to make (mainly the lamenting of the dough, it rolling and refrigerating over and over)…. Layering came out good, very thin and buttery…. No yeast in this one but that will probably be the next batch I try

Never made or ate a poached egg before but they always do it on cooking shows so I had to try…. Poached egg,tomato sauce, the bread I made is tomato (just a little paste in the dough for coloring), Italian seasoning, thyme, and Parmesan cheese
