ake a variety of holiday cookies always kept me glued to her side. Even down to the simplest of cookies, the Chocolate Chip Cookie, would never bore me. As an adult, my passion for baking grew immensely. Having the best job in the world, a firefighter in the FDNY for over ten years, love for baking was icing on the cookie.(no pun intended) Having my fellow brother firefighters to bake for, even better. There really is no better feeling, the look on ones face when they taste my baking creations. It's truly priceless! I would love the opportunity to share my baking creations with all of you. So you can truly experience and taste my passion for homemade cookies.. The most important ingredient in my cookies? "Very easy, LOVE!" Instilled in me by my amazing Mom and #1 Baker. "Thank you Mom"
