Here’s a look at our grass-fed AND grass-finished ground beef! The flavor in this lean beef is amazing, and a lot of that comes down to how we manage our pastures. Rob works really hard to make sure the cow herd always has access to the highest-quality grass possible.
Is it labor intensive? Yep.
Is constantly setting up and tearing down temporary fence sometimes frustrating? Absolutely. 😂
Is it worth it? Totally.

We have our last round of beef headed to the processor next week, which means this is the last opportunity to purchase beef shares for 2026. Pre-orders are officially open! We sold out of our last round of beef shares in just 48 hours, so I don’t expect these to last long so if you’re hoping to get your freezer stocked, grab a share while you can!

This is news so many of you have been waiting for! Grass-finished Ground beef, ribeyes, filets, strip steak, roasts, burger patties, stew meat, flank, etc… it’s all available now on our farm website. Grab some or all of it while you can!

We breathed a HUGE sigh of relief during today's cattle drive when the entire herd (including every single calf) made it safely to their new paddock! 😅 To say we were a little nervous would be an understatement after last week's crazy adventure. We definitely weren't looking for a repeat of that catastrophe!
As always, moving cattle is a family affair. It takes the whole crew, with everyone having a job that's just right for their age and ability.

If you missed it this past week, a few of our Whipped Tallow Butter scents have been restocked, and even more will be available throughout this coming week! We also have our dehydrated chicken feet back in stock, one of our dogs' favorite treats!

Our 10th and final batch of pasture-raised chicks has officially arrived on the farm!
The girls helped me get them settled into warm, dry brooders, where they'll spend their first three weeks growing strong. After that, they'll graduate to fresh pasture, where they'll enjoy sunshine, bugs, and fresh grass every day.

It's hard to believe we're already more than halfway through our pastured chicken season!
If you're planning ahead for fall and winter, now is the perfect time to stock your freezer. We offer everything from individual cuts to bulk chicken boxes.
