Last nights rain storm left fields soggy! The waterfowl have a little more room to explore for now. Looks like it could be tricky figuring out how to get fieldwork started and not get something stuck! The silver lining is that everything turned from brown to green after the thunder and lightning show! More rain in the forecast tonight! đź’ś

While Brian and Troy were out bringing in this years first batch of first cutting hay… I was out checking fence and moo moos… I was able to get a few pictures of the storm front rolling in before the skies opened up!

Also pictured is “Phezz” the pheasant who popped up out of nowhere squaking while I was checking fence.

With temps in the 90s today we offered the Moo Moos some sprinkler time for today’s enrichment!
