Yesterday was “Pallet Day” at the roastery, as we had about 2300 pounds of our core green coffees restocked from Vournas Coffee Trading and Royal New York | Specialty Green Coffee & Tea Importer . Not only is it tasty, it makes for some pretty good furniture in a pinch. 🤪

But this never gets old. Every one of these bags represents coffee we’ll get to roast, share, and send into somebody’s morning over the next few months.

And yes, Stephen was tired. 😂☕️

Cove Creek started in our garage, but somewhere along the way, it found its way into your homes, too.

Onto kitchen counters. Into favorite mugs. In early mornings, slow Saturdays, work-from-home days, and all the little routines that make up a life.

Come spend a Saturday at the farmers market with us. ☕️

For Homecoming Month, we’re taking you behind the scenes of a place that has been a HUGE part of the Cove Creek story: the Kingsport Farmers Market.

So today, we brought the camera along.

Come tour our setup, see what it’s actually like selling coffee at the market, listen in on a real customer interaction, hear from Mandy about her side of the business, and get a little glimpse of what a Saturday morning looks like for us.

It’s six minutes of coffee, customers, farmers market chaos, and the two of us doing what we’ve done for a whole lot of Saturday mornings over the last four years.

And then, right at the end, everything goes perfectly according to plan.

Absolutely nothing goes wrong. 😂

Homecoming begins here.

Four years ago, Cove Creek Coffee fit inside this garage.

A little roaster. A folding table. A lot of trial and error.

I never imagined we’d one day be roasting thousands of pounds of coffee, shipping to 49 states, or celebrating our fourth anniversary.

None of that happened because of me alone.

It happened because you gave a brand-new coffee company a chance.

Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just found us this year, thank you. Every order, every recommendation to a friend, every kind word has helped write this story.

This week is our Homecoming celebration. It’s a chance to look back with gratitude and celebrate how far we’ve come together.

Four years ago, Cove Creek Coffee was just a little roaster set up on a cheap plastic table in our garage.

Since then, you’ve welcomed us into your homes, your morning routines, and your lives. We could never have imagined where this journey would lead.

Every August, we take a moment to come home.

Cove Creek Homecoming is our way of celebrating another year of coffee, community, and the people who made it all possible.
