So many memories in these photos! From little boys exploring the woods and fishing at the pond to clearing land, making trails, and watching our farm slowly take shape. 🌾

The boys have grown, the farm has changed, but our love for this little piece of Tennessee hasn't changed a bit! 🍂

Forget takeout—these farm-style pork belly bites are the ultimate comfort food. 🥓🔥

Dinner is served at Baker’s Farm! 🥘✨ Tonight we’re level-up with crispy Pork Belly Bites over a quick veggie fried rice.

*Save this post for your next meal prep!* 📌👇

*Ingredients/Directions*
- 2 lbs pork belly, cubed and cooked at 350 degrees for one hour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- Cook in wok with olive oil and seasoned with Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt/pepper for 10 minutes
- Glaze: 1/3 cup brown sugar and 3 T. & soy sauce
- Fried Rice: Cold rice, peas, carrots, soy sauce, coconut aminos and 1/4 cup butter.

I decided to take the plunge and make a salve with goldenrods! First, we cut the goldenrods and dried outside for 2 days then removed the flowers from the stems and dried indoors for 2 days. Next, I added the dried flowers to a clean mason jar and covered with olive oil. This will set for 4-6 weeks. I'll keep you updated on the progress! Thanks to all for your input on my earlier post! 😃
