You know the drill. Passover pre-orders are live, make your brisket at home and let us handle the house-made Gefilte fish and latkes so your house doesn’t smell like a big fishy fryer-y mess. Before anyone says it, yes we know latkes are not traditional for Passover but can’t we agree they are right for any occasion? 😊

We planned for a short winter break starting Monday but now we might as well have a cozy Sunday inside and stay safe during this somewhere between 3 to 52 inches of snow🤪. We will still have our pizza party with and be here to supply your cheese and snacks to get you through the storm. We also hear the Jambon-Beurre is pretty good next-day…See you tomorrow and then again on Friday!!!

Those of you lucky enough to try pizza at the Kingston farmers market this past summer no doubt miss that airy, crunchy crust and those unacceptably delicious white pies. We do too, which is why we’re having a little pop-up next weekend with our friends and slinging some pizza, along with the usual goodies at the shop. Pre-order your pizza party, we’ll only have a few pies available for walk-in’s. Pizzas serve 3-4 or 2-3 people in my family.

Classic Cheese - Organic Bianco di Napoli tomato, mozzarella, parmesan, olive oil $32

Pepperoni - Organic Bianco di Napoli tomato, pepperoni cups, Mozzarella, Parmesan, red onion $36

I know we will be seeing many of you today for cheese and caviar, but we decided to open for New Year’s Day, so that everyone has an opportunity for a beautiful sandwich and coffee after your rowdy festivities. Holiday hours and holiday gifts. One of the best (some would say ONLY) ways to show someone you love them is to buy them a Cheese Louise gift card or hoodie during the holidays. Also, we will have pretty crazy volume at the shop the next 2 days so try to call in advance for big meat orders or sandwich orders, and be patient with your local cheesemonger. Also, CAVIAR!! We have some amazing new caviar in stock from our friends at . They harvest sustainably from farms located on natural waterways, and the caviar is some of the best I’ve tried at a non-ridiculous price point. Happy Holidays, see you at the shop!

Thanksgiving at Cheese Louise😍 what is special about this week? So many amazing things, but to keep it brief: 1. we have coming upstairs from the bakery for a pop-up on Wednesday the 26th (11am-1pm) for convenient pre-order pickups and limited quantities of delicious goodies for walk-ins. 2. Our Thanksgiving pre-order—you handle the turkey and we’ll have sides and pies available for pre-order and walk-ins. 3. Holiday cheese! This is the best time of the year for the cheese case, as we’ll be getting in all our festive holiday cheeses, from creamy young Gorgonzola, to limited edition Brabander Reserve goat Gouda and truffle Brie. Have a happy Thanksgiving!!

We are officially OPENING our pop-up at this Friday, October 24th!! On Saturday, as a special thank you to all the wonderful Woodstock friends who have been patiently waiting, we’re going to have a Raclette & Baguette giveaway from 1-3pm or until the wheel is done. Gooey melted French Raclette on a baguette with cornichons, a perfect afternoon snack while you look around and buy some home goods and provisions.😋 here’s what you can expect from our little outpost in town:

-specialty cheeses and provisions—we will have some truly special imported and local cheeses that we only get in for the holidays, the cheesiest time of the year.
-espresso with the most delicious beans from our friends at
-pies, pastry, and bread from and .
-house-made soups, salads, and wraps in the grab and go case
-Medo-To-Go! Grab-and-go sushi rolls and other lunch treats from our sister restaurant in town, .
-We hope to add some classic Cheese Louise sandwiches soon, but can’t do so quite yet due to space constraints.
-Open Thurs-Monday, 9am-3pm to start, with expanded hours and special events as we get closer to the holidays.
