One of the things we love most about Incasa Decor is how beautifully the shop celebrates global craftsmanship, color, culture, and home.

Located in Astoria, Queens, Incasa Decor has long been a meaningful supporter of AHMESA — from hosting our pop-ups and tabletop conversations to carrying our Mediterranean sea salts and North African spices. We’re now so excited to also introduce a curated cookbook collection that reflects the spirit and lifestyle behind our brand.

At our table: a sheet-pan celebration of winter’s bounty — rainbow carrots, red onion, purple fingerling potatoes, and roasted butternut, kissed with butter, olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and our Lemon Oregano Sea Salt. The sweet caramelization of roots meets bright citrus and herbal tang — savory, sweet, and fresh in every bite. Root vegetables shine in brilliant color and texture this season; roast them boldly, toss in unexpected herbs, or finish with a drizzle of yogurt or toasted seeds. Be experimental — the harvest is generous and delicious.
