Behind every installation, every service call, every emergency, and every satisfied customer is a crew of people who take pride in doing the job right.

These guys are the backbone of Allied Clearwater.

Day in and day out, they work in some of the toughest conditions—basements, crawl spaces, muddy yards, well pits, mechanical rooms, and everything in between. They lift, carry, troubleshoot, install, repair, clean up, and somehow manage to do it all while treating our customers’ homes like they were their own.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t just the work they do—it’s how they do it.

Our customers expect more than just clean water. They expect professionalism, respect, attention to detail, and someone they can trust in their home. Our crew delivers that white-glove service every single day.

No water? We’ll get to the bottom of it. 💧

Today, Dave and George were called out to diagnose an issue that left this family without water. After troubleshooting the system, they determined the well pump needed to be replaced. They did a great job getting the new pump installed and water restored to the home.

We’re thankful to this family for trusting Allied Clearwater with their water and giving our team the opportunity to get them back up and running.

Two of our Project Managers are out today delivering water samples to our local state-certified laboratory for testing. 🧪

We take the time to properly test the water because every home is different. Whether we’re looking at iron, manganese, hardness, pH, arsenic, PFAS, or other water quality concerns, knowing what’s in the water allows us to build a solution around the actual problem.

❄️ Winter Is Coming — Don’t Wait for Your Well Pump to Fail

There’s never a good time for a well pump to quit… but winter is probably one of the worst. 🥶💧

A failed well pump in the middle of January can mean no water, frozen plumbing, frantic service calls, and a much bigger headache than it needs to be.

That’s why fall is a great time to have your well system checked if you’ve noticed low water pressure, intermittent loss of water, unusual noises, or a pump that’s been running longer than normal.

This week, our crew was out replacing an aging well pump and getting this system ready for another New England winter. 🔧💪

A little preventative attention now can go a long way toward avoiding a “No Water!” emergency when the temperatures drop.

If your well pump is getting up there in age or you’ve been noticing something just isn’t quite right, give us a call before winter does.
