Our Farmhouse Saison is back! For our fourth iteration of this brew, we utilized a Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast to allow the hops to shine more. We once again procured the incomparable Sorachi Ace hop from Japan! This occasionally hard-to-come-by hop exhibits a bright lemon zest with mild notes of dill on the palate that segues into a smooth, creamy & buttery finish; that takes up residence long after your last sip.

This hop is very sentimental to Tim and I and we love having the opportunity to use it in a way that showcases its unique flavor profile! This beer blew our minds and the flavor profile is perfect for the warmer days ahead! 6.5% abv.

When it comes to brewing beer, sometimes you have to get a little nutty and come up with some wild flavor profiles. We always love to push the limits and get creative with our brews and this one is a doozy!

We bought copious amounts of apple cider donuts from and made an imperial stout! To double-down on that profile, we added two types of cinnamon and apple cider concentrate at multiple stages of the brewing process. The end result is a liquid apple cider donut that is a true sipper. The palate is first greeted with warm cinnamon and apple cider notes and finishes with a clean & decadent mouthfeel that has you thinking about your next sip. As it warms in the glass, subtle notes of caramel apple come to the surface as a result of the apple cider and caramel malts bonding over their love of all things Autumn. Fall in a glass! 8.6% abv 🍁
