We’re back!!! The Smokin’ Hot Piggies Test Kitchen is back in action after getting settled in our new GA home (except for about a 100 unpacked boxes). 😵‍💫

What better way to get back into action then with home made “Krak” bacon. Yes, my spirit animal.

Lots of Maple, Asian and Savory bacon was made. I used The Black Garlic Market inc’s amazing and Papa Joe's Salt, LLC on the Savory bacon and it was out of this world. I used my Günter Wilhelm knife to trim and cut the pork belly.
