MONDAY 6/15: Shrimp and Andouille sausage in a creamy sauce over Parmesan & peppercorn grits.

TUESDAY 6/16: Juicy hamburger steaks in a savory onion gravy topped with Swiss cheese served over buttermilk mashed potatoes with green beans.

WEDNESDAY 6/17: Last time I made these I received SO MANY texts raving about these chicken tenders!! Pickle juice brined chicken breast pieces deep fried golden brown served with Chick-fil-a copycat dipping sauce on the side and creamy macs & cheese.

THURSDAY 6/18: Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with shredded chicken, diced ham, crisp bacon and Swiss cheese smothered in a creamy cheese sauce. Served with a dinner salad with scratch made croutons and creamy vinaigrette.

FRIDAY 6/19: Panko & pecan crusted chicken breasts with bourbon cream sauce with rice pilaf and summer squash & fresh corn off the cob casserole. Don't miss out on this meal... it is one of my favorites!

Dinners are served hot and ready to eat 5-6:00 pm at The Cove on Hamblen (1101 Hamblen Road in Forest Cove). Come early to enjoy a cold craft beer or glass of wine. WEDNESDAY 6/10: Grilled bone in chicken breasts with Alabama white BBQ sauce (made with mayo, vinegar, spicy brown mustard & spices) served with grilled vegetable & peach orzo salad with Feta cheese.

THURSDAY 6/11: Grilled sausage and grilled marinated vegetables (peppers, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, mushrooms and cauliflower) with red and sweet potatoes. Served with butter pecan bundt cake for dessert.

FRIDAY 6/12: Grilled boneless chicken breasts topped with fresh made salsa verde and Monterrey Jack cheese served over fiesta rice and grilled herbed zucchini.

TUESDAY 6/2: Tikka Masala is the national dish of the UK. Roasted, marinated chicken thigh pieces in a creamy, spiced tomato-based sauce with spices like garam masala, turmeric and coriander. Served over basmati rice with scratch made garlic Naan bread.

WEDNESDAY 6/3: Thinly pounded pork cutlet breaded & pan fried with lemon cream sauce, German potato salad and cabbage sauteed with bacon.

THURSDAY: Seared chicken cooked in a creamy sauce made with garlic, cream, Parmesan cheese and homemade oven dried tomatoes served over Penne pasta with fresh baked bread sticks.
