Do you use any budgeting tools or apps?

We think budgets give you freedom! It can feel like your money is happening too you, but budgeting puts you in control of your money. It's not scary, you make your money work for you. Allign your spending with your priorities. We will be sharing how we budget soon and try to give some helpful tools.

These slow roasted Roma tomatoes taste like candy. Add them to any pasta, caprese salad with balsamic, basil and mozzarella, or a sandwich! What would you use them for?
Roma Tomatoes, sliced in half long ways and scoop out seeds

Toss in olive oil
Salt and pepper
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar

Lay out cut side up on a baking sheet, Roast at 250 degrees, for 4-6 hours until the tomatoes have shrunk in volume by 2/3 their size and just slightly juicy. Serve.
