Truth: You can make a stunning board with 3 cheeses, a handful of crackers, and a little confidence.

Start with:

One soft (brie, goat)
One hard (cheddar, manchego)
One funky (blue, gouda, or flavored anything)

Dried apricots or cranberries

If your board feels off, check the “flow.” Here’s how to fix it:

Start BIG: Place your cheeses first
