Here We Grow Again!

Our newest equipment purchase is a creamPAL honey creamer. It normally takes several weeks to make creamed honey. This machine allows us to make it in Four days with seed or Five days without. It allows us to produce tens of thousands of cases annually to meet present and future demand. We plan to make creamed honey with several of our best selling honeys including the premium honeys. Creamed honey spreads like peanut butter and can be kept in the refrigerator or at room temperature without fear of crystalizing.

We’re growing and looking for additional “Worker Bees” in the Charlotte, Wilmington, Pinehurst & Fayetteville areas to offer ENC Honey samples in area retailers. The work is part-time on a flexible schedule. Workdays aren’t necessarily consecutive, but include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You can choose which days you want to work. Must be able to stand for at least three consecutive hours per shift. Daily Schedule is 10:00-1:00 & 2:00-5:00. Pay is $100 per day or $50 per shift.

This week we’re in Wilmington sampling honey at eight Harris Teeter locations. If you’re in the area, please stop by and sample any of the six honeys including Sunflower, Strawberry Blossom, Spring White, Amber, White Tupelo & Sourwood. We’re located in the Produce Section near the berries.
