Lot 10 - WAR Magnum 381-555
This S A V Magnum son checks a lot of boxes. He is a sure shot heifer bull, weighing 69lbs. at birth with a -2.1 BW EPD. He went on to earn a weaning ratio of 111 and adjusted weaning weight of 871 lbs. with a WW EPD of +92. His YW EPD is a +148, and he adjusted to 1383 lbs. at a year, which also gave him a yearling ratio of 111. On top of his curve bending birth to weaning EPDs, his overall number package is incredibly strong and fault free, including a +.86 Marbling EPD and +.85 RE EPD.
The cows behind him are the definition of longevity and productivity. His dam was only a first calver, but she is backed by 4 generations of cows that lasted 11+ years in the herd here. His granddam combined a 10-90 BW Ratio with a 10-100 WW Ratio. His great granddam had a 9-108 WW Ratio, and his great great granddam had a 10-108 weaning ratio.
The cherry on top of all this is he is a flat out good bull. He is long sided, impressively muscled, and carries a lot of power for a bull with his level of calving ease. This kind doesn't come around often.
