At Fuller NutriFuel, zero waste is a huge part of how we operate.

Every week, our meals are prepped to order, our recipes are carefully scaled to what we actually need, and our inventory is closely monitored so ingredients are continuously rotated and used at their freshest.

You may notice that we don’t always specify the exact vegetables included with each meal and that’s intentional.

Keeping our seasonal vegetables flexible allows us to source fresh, in-season produce each week rather than locking ourselves into ingredients weeks in advance. It also gives our kitchen the ability to thoughtfully rotate through what we have on hand, utilize ingredients across our menu, and dramatically reduce unnecessary food waste.

The result? Fresher produce, smarter sourcing, less waste, and a kitchen that isn’t throwing away perfectly good food at the end of the week.

It’s one of the behind-the-scenes practices we’ve built into Fuller NutriFuel from the beginning: prep what we need, use what we bring in, and waste as little as possible.
