Our interest in bees grew from a concern for the endangerment of bees and other pollinators due to a decrease in their population. Given how essential pollinators like the honeybee are to sustaining all of our food supply we wanted to be involved in helping to increase the bee population in the area. We liked the idea that they could help out the environment while learning about the bees and stealing honey and wax from them for our own benefit as well.
