New Sunday Fundays at Casa Rosa Cucina with Live Entertainment from Justin Geraci along with new wine and drink specials for all to enjoy starting this Sunday. Come watch the Browns do what they do and still enjoy the day with BBQ and Clambakes every Sunday through October. Every week we will changing up the BBQ with pigs, Short Ribs, Side of Beef, Pork Ribs, Italian Style Mac & Cheese smoked to perfection and my personal favorite - Lightly Smoked Prime Rib finished on the grill - WOW. This week we featuring 2 Suckingling Pigs with our hand cut fries and out of this world Celery Salad and our Middle Neck Clam Bake with Chef's Potato, Truffled Cream Corn and your choice of Steak, Lobster Tail, or Tuscan Salmon. Not your ordinary BBQ or Clambake. Regular menu will also be available.

Last Sunday was such a great day. Perfect weather, the best food, perfect drinks, and some of the best live entertainment around. Justin Geraci puts on one fantastic show and we have him coming back this Sunday from 1:30 to 5 pm. Nothing better than live music great food, good weather, great friends, and some really cool drink and appetizer specials. Can’t Wait to see you one the patio. I’m thinking Italian Lemonade.

Well, well, well, the live entertainment finally starts here at Casa Rosa Cucina. Justin Geraci will be playing on Sunday from 1 to 5. He will be out on the patio for your listening enjoyment. What a great time with such a wonderful performer. Looking forward to seeing everybody. All day specials and some cool new patio drinks.

- we will not take reservations for the patio. It it rains or other natural event causes issues we may have no place to seat you inside.
- during extremely busy times or due to staffing issues, the patio dining may not be available although we will most likely be able to serve drinks
- during off peak times we are dog friendly if your dog is friendly to people and other dogs -
- please enjoy as much as we do

Join us for a patio mat pilates class at Casa Rosa Cucina on Saturday, June 20th for a morning of movement, connection, and a little celebration.

We’ll start with a 30 minute full body Pilates sculpt class designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. Then we will celebrate on the patio for a prosecco toast, light appetizers, wellness treats, and great conversation!

This event is an amazing way to bring women together through wellness, community, and experiences that make you feel good from the inside out.

Due to everyone's desire great food and atmosphere, we need help and Casa Rosa Cucina is looking to expand our team with
a qualified and experienced Line Cook to assist Sous Chef and Head Chef at Northeast Ohio's Premier Italian Steakhouse. Train under one of Lake, Cuyahoga, Geauga Counties top chefs, Executive Chef Todd Hargis. Right person will be able to handle Sous Chef responsibilities as we expand hours of operation over the next few weeks. Currently, we have a team of 4 Chefs and looking to expand. Responsibilities include prep, assist training more inexperienced staff, dish, grill, light fry duty, dish, pantry, and expediter. We strive for everyone to be capable in all areas of kitchen. We can train the right individual.

We are also looking to add new Greeter and Bussers for main and upstairs dining areas as well as the patio. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and assist servers with food delivery and cleanup. Please call Frank at 440-454-2616 to discuss.

To everyone who joined us for our Mother’s Day celebration at Casa Rosa Cucina, thank you for choosing to spend such a special day with us. Seeing families gathered around our tables, celebrating the women who do so much for all of us, is exactly why we do what we do.

We take so much pride in creating an experience that feels warm, elevated, and centered around family. From the food to the service to every small detail in between, our goal is always to make people feel taken care of the moment they walk through our doors.
