Thanks for considering us as an option for your event. Here is a little information about the Kiwanis & lemonade trailer. Kiwanis has a lemonade trailer that we are trying to put to good use with the children in our community. Currently we only use the trailer for one week in June. So I decided that this could be a great opportunity for the kids to get to work and raise funds for their organizatio
ns. Its hard to believe that todays youth have been hit by budget cuts and financial set back. Having the lemonade stand operating at local events will help support the kids in there endeavors while teaching them about hard work and dedication. These opportunities will help the kids understand what it takes to make a dollar and put it to good use. Objectives of Kiwanis:
To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships. To promote the adoption and application of higher social, business, and professional standards. To develop, by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive. To provide, through Kiwanis clubs, a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service, and to build better communities. To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism, and goodwill. Objective of Kiwanis Lemonade Trailer:
-To raise funds for our community projects & scholarship programs.
-To help children's organizations raise funds to continue extra curricular activities.
-To teach the children about service, dedication and community.
