Wishing everyone a safe, fun, and delicious Fourth of July! 🔴⚪🔵 We might not be open to serve you today, but we’re celebrating with you in spirit (and probably eating a few burgers ourselves). We can’t wait to fire up our grill for the community very soon. Stay tuned for opening dates!

Welcome to Mike’s Smashburgers & Grill! 🍔

Cooking has been part of Mike’s life for as long as he can remember. From learning family recipes in the kitchen with his mother to working in restaurants, catering, large-scale food service, and smashburger operations, food has always been his passion.

Mike’s Smashburgers & Grill is a longtime dream years in the making. Together with his wife, Michelle, and their three children, Mike is building something of their own right here in Kissimmee—one centered on quality ingredients, hard work, family, and community.

We believe great food brings people together, and we’re excited to become part of the local community we now call home. As we work behind the scenes on recipes, equipment, and launch plans, we’ll be sharing the journey every step of the way.

Thank you for following along from the very beginning. We can’t wait to serve our neighbors and grow alongside this amazing community.
