Yesterday it was time to dress up a bit for dinner. Havana Bar & Grill in San Juan is a quaint size restaurant with ocean views with a nice bar and relaxing space. They specialize in Caribbean & Puerto Rican cuisine.

Carnival Cruise Line has officially responded to the viral video showing a guest allegedly using a dining fork to scrape the bottom of their foot—and their message was clear: “Forks are intended for food, not foot care.” 😳🍴🦶

According to Carnival’s statement, once the crew became aware of the situation, they addressed it directly with the guest and immediately removed the utensil from service.

Carnival also emphasized that while the video may be generating laughs, reactions and plenty of conversation online, cleanliness and hygiene are taken seriously onboard. The cruise line said its crew works daily to maintain high standards and provide guests with a safe, clean and comfortable vacation experience.

They even added a little humor by crossing out the word “feet” and replacing it with “fleet.” 😂

Honestly, Carnival handled this quickly—but the real question remains:
