Bull Turnout 🐂🌾

A few weeks ago marked the start of breeding season here at the Flying Diamond. Our bulls are heading out to pasture—each one matched carefully based on genetics, temperament, and overall herd goals.

We keep close track of exposure dates so we can time calving season, monitor conception rates, and evaluate bull performance down the line. It’s not just “turn them loose and hope for the best”—bull turnout is a calculated move with long-term effects on herd health and profitability.
