While on a recent trip to Colonial Williamsburg, Edwin and Debbie couldn’t resist stopping for a photo (with their Elk shirts on, of course) beneath the historic King’s Arms Tavern sign. Taverns like this were more than just places to enjoy a meal or a drink. The taverns were where neighbors gathered, travelers shared stories, friendships were formed, and communities came together.

Whether you’re catching up with old friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply relaxing after a long day, there’s something special about sharing good food, great drinks, and even better company.

Sometimes a little history reminds us that the best traditions never really change. Come visit our brewery and start your own traditions!!!
