We are placing orders for turkey poults and cornish cross chicks this weekend. The price per pound will by $4.49 this year for turkeys and $3.29 for whole chickens. If you are interested in purchasing a turkey for Thanksgiving or Chickens over the next 8-12 weeks please let us know as soon as possible. We will have very limited availability for orders that are not placed within the next week for turkeys.

Additionally for anyone interested in learning to butcher your own birds, we have a chicken plucked available for rent. We are also willing to come to your location to teach you how to butcher the birds for a small fee. If you are interested, please message me.

⚠️ Do Not Plant Strawberries in the Garden

Last year we planted 40 everbearing strawberry plants and 40 junebearing strawberry plants in the garden. They covered a 3 ft. x 80 ft. area by the end of the season.

We now have hundreds of strawberry plants covering a 12-15 ft. x 80 ft. area. We knew the strawberry plants would send runners and expand to fill the area we planted them in but we had no idea they would completely take over. So now we have to move the strawberries to a new bed before we can finish tilling the garden and get everything planted.

The new bed is in now it's time to dig up the strawberries. 🍓

Fluffy says hello to her friends at Harvest Baptist Academy. We will be heading to Tractor Supply to pick up some friends for her this weekend.
