BREAKING: Kristi Noem and her alleged lover spent billions of taxpayer dollars on empty warehouses with no toilets — now the DHS inspector general is investigating

Kristi Noem is finally gone from her former position as the Secretary of Homeland Security. The inspector general is now going through her receipts.

The Department of Homeland Security's watchdog has launched a formal audit of the $38 billion warehouse detention program that Noem and her shadow chief of staff — and alleged lover — Corey Lewandowski championed during her brief, chaotic tenure as DHS secretary. The probe will review all of the department's warehouse purchases, which have already raised alarms across party lines.

Here's what investigators are looking at: ICE bought 11 vacant warehouses in the span of a couple of months, at prices running 11 to 13 percent above comparable properties. The warehouses — the kind of empty spaces typically purchased by Amazon — had no working plumbing, weren't zoned for detention, and couldn't legally or practically hold detainees. Noem and Lewandowski were pressuring officials to open them by year's end anyway.

When Noem's replacement, Markwayne Mullin, walked in the door, he immediately paused the entire program.

But the contracting decisions are where it gets particularly suspicious. Nearly 50 contractors received $1.7 billion in contracts related to the warehouses — many of them companies with zero prior experience in immigration detention.

KVG LLC, a defense contractor that previously supported Coast Guard ships and ports, received a three-year, $113 million ICE contract. It had never worked in immigrant detention.

SK2 — a company formed in Puerto Rico in June 2024, just months before Trump's inauguration — received a $6 million DHS contract in January despite having no prior government contracts. It reincorporated in Tennessee in February, weeks after winning the deal.

Four other firms that had never received federal contracts before also landed work on the warehouse program. Together with KVG and SK2, their contracts are worth up to $500 million.

The inspector general is already separately investigating how DHS handled contracts last year and the role political appointees played in awarding them.

To recap: Noem and Lewandowski rushed billions of dollars in contracts to inexperienced companies for warehouses that didn't have toilets, weren't zoned for detention, and cost more than market rate — all while the inspector general was already circling.

And Republicans passed a bill giving this program $38 billion.

It’s time to end the rampant, egregious corruption of the Trump regime and begin to hold those who perpetrated it accountable.

BREAKING: NYT torches Trump’s $1.8 billion slush fund for Jan. 6 rioters as “worst corruption in modern times” that threatens our constitutional order!

The Old Grey Lady has finally got her hackles up about Trump.
In a blistering editorial, the New York Times calls out one of the most brazen acts of presidential corruption in modern American history after the Justice Department created a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund to reward Jan. 6 criminal insurrectionists and other MAGA “victims” of the Biden administration.

“Has there ever been an episode of presidential corruption so blatant and threatening to constitutional order? Certainly not in modern times,” the Editorial Page writers wrote.

The fund is the product of a sham lawsuit Trump filed against his own IRS, which morphed into a sickening sweetheart deal where he drops the suit and taxpayers foot the bill to pay off his allies.

The money will be controlled by a five-member commission hand-picked by acting AG Todd Blanche, Trump’s lap dog, with Trump able to fire any member at will and virtually no transparency on who gets paid, or how much.

The Times called it what it is: a reward system for those willing to commit violence and break the law on the president’s behalf. It also brings together Trump’s three worst traits: his lust for money, punishing his enemies and rewarding his friends, and rewriting the history of January 6.

It’s so bad that Treasury Department General Counsel Brian Morrissey couldn’t stand having anything to do with it and resigned in disgust just hours after the fund was announced. (Good for him.) Senate Majority Leader John Thune publicly admitted he was “not a big fan” while a host of others lambasted Blanche in private.

This slush fund is part of a larger, dangerous project: turning federal law enforcement into Trump’s personal protection racket while incentivizing future lawlessness by his supporters.

It sends a clear message that no matter how awfully and illegally you behave on Trump’s behalf, the government will have your back and possibly even cut you a check later.

The editorial is a must-read warning: Trump is actively working to erode the guardrails of democracy, and this fund is the most naked example yet. Has he taken it too far this time?

Indications are that he might. Let's hope the backlash continues.

BREAKING: Massie accuses both Blanche and Patel of PERJURY over Epstein files and vows to name names himself!

In a remarkably blunt interview with Kristen Welker on NBC’s Meet the Press, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) directly accused Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel of perjuring themselves regarding the Epstein files, and doesn’t think anyone will ever be brought to justice with them in charge.

When asked if he would name more names from the Epstein files in the coming weeks and months, Massie replied:

“Yes. Todd Blanche is violating the law.

There’s still millions of files they haven’t released… I don’t think it’s possible to get to convictions with Todd Blanche at the top and with the FBI director Kash Patel at the top because they’ve effectively both perjured themselves by saying that there’s nobody else in the files. Even Melania doesn’t believe that.”

Massie says that it’s clear through the victims’ lawyers that the FBI has interview reports with the victims that contain detailed firsthand accounts of the abuse that still haven’t been released, and the ones that have been are over-redacted.

He also pointed out that the Epstein Files Transparency Act is now law and will continue requiring releases long after this administration is gone.

It’s not every day that you see a sitting Republican Congressman, albeit newly anointed lame duck, openly accusing two of Trump’s top law enforcement officials of lying under oath about the Epstein files while survivors and the public are still clamoring for full transparency and justice.

Massie is saying out loud what we already know: the DOJ and FBI have devolved into a Trump protection racket. The millions of files are still being slow-walked, redacted, and covered up years after the fact, and for one reason.

There is a trove of information about Donald Trump in the Epstein files that could and should end his presidency tomorrow.

BREAKING: REPUBLICAN REVOLT! Senators erupt in fury behind closed doors over Trump’s slush fund for Jan. 6 criminals!

Donald Trump’s hold on the Republican Party is starting to crack.
According to multiple reports, a closed door meeting between key Senators and Todd Blanche descended into explosive acrimony as the acting AG tried to defend the administration’s wildly unpopular $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded giveaway designed to pay off January 6 insurrectionists and other MAGA stooges.

Sen. Ted Cruz described the meeting as one of the “roughest” he has ever witnessed in Congress, saying “fiery does not begin to cut it.” Cruz said more than half of the senators blasted Blanche about the obvious self-dealing, which is torpedoing their chances for reelection among other transgressions.

Some were so angry they were ready to jump ship and join Democrats in voting to restrict or block the fund, which has sent Blanche and company scrambling to make changes that might somehow mollify the dissension before it catches fire and starts a backlash against the whole demented MAGA wishlist.

These are U.S. senators who know pure corruption when they see it: “settlement” of a phony $10 billion lawsuit against his own IRS is pure corruption. It specifically rewards people who attacked police officers among other malfeasant bootlickers with absolutely zero oversight.

They all know it looks, in a word, terrible. The alliterative Sen. Thom Tillis called it a “payout pot for punks,” and others are saying out loud it could be politically disastrous heading into the midterms.

These guys are finally waking up to the fact that the downside of blindly following Trump is rearing its ugly head as his megalomania grows and he starts acting like no one can tell him what to do in any context, activating his most corrupt impulses.

But the weight of terrible polling and grotesque optics of naked grit, we see the cult of Trump beginning to fracture.
Churchill once said if Hi**er invaded hell, I’d fight with the devil. If Republican senators can stop Trump in his tracks, more power to them, even if they are thinking about their own political futures than the good of the country. We'll get to that later.

BREAKING: “A FREAKIN’ DISASTER IS COMING”! Republicans finally turn on Trump as his polls collapse and the controversial $1.8 billion slush fund for Jan. 6 rioters becomes “too toxic”!

A new scoop by MS NOW reveals that Republican lawmakers are finally screwing up the courage to break ranks with Donald Trump as his poll numbers collapse and his most controversial schemes become toxic liabilities.

In just the last week, Republicans stripped $1 billion in security upgrades, including $220 million for Trump’s lavish new East Wing ballroom/bunker, from their reconciliation package, moved closer to forcing an end to his Iran war, and canceled a vote on $72 billion in additional immigration funding.

The breaking point appears to be Trump’s deeply unpopular $1.8 billion “slush fund” to compensate January 6 rioters and other allies who claim they were “victimized” by the Biden Justice Department.

One former Trump administration official put it bluntly:

“Republicans have realized they are being scammed and this is the week where they said enough. I can’t imagine any Republican ever allowing money to be paid to anyone who harmed law enforcement.”

Referring to the upcoming midterm elections, another House Republican finally said is out lout:

“A freaking disaster [is] coming.”

With Trump’s approval rating sinking to 37 percent and gas prices hovering around $4.50 a gallon, Republicans are increasingly panicked about their prospects.

Multiple members told the outlet that Trump is “pushing it too far” with constant flip-flopping on Iran, treating Taiwan like a bargaining chip, and demanding complete loyalty as he drags the party into the gutter with him.

The shift in tone is unmistakable. As one source close to the White House admitted:

“In many ways I don’t think they [Republicans] fear the president anymore. Many have realized you can outlive Trump, politically speaking.”

After years of enabling Trump’s worst impulses, Republicans are waking up to the fact that blind loyalty to his politically lethal policies could cost them their seats.

The reporting clearly indicates the Cult of Trump is cracking under the weight of his reckless governance and consequential terrible polling numbers.

Let us hope that once free of his chains, Republicans will vote to remove him from office once a mid-term wipeout tilts the political scale back toward the Democrats.

BREAKING: “FAMILY MAN?” This Trump-endorsed Arizona Congressional hopeful was just accused of running a sw***er circle and threatening women with his sheriff's badge.

Mark Lamb wants to represent Arizona in Congress as a Republican. On paper, it looks like he has the perfect credentials for a MAGA candidate.

He's Trump-endorsed, a Mormon, and runs on family values. He’s a former sheriff of Pinal County who started his career in pest control. He’s written a book. His wife wrote a book, too. They've posed with Trump at Mar-a-Lago. He calls himself a family man. He even ran for Senate in Arizona and lost the primary to Kari Lake.

But Lamb is also accused of sending explicit photos of himself to multiple women, threatening a woman with law enforcement retaliation if she posted his images, introducing his best friend to a sw***er lifestyle without the friend's wife's knowledge — destroying that marriage in the process — and triggering an investigation by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The Arizona Republic spent considerable time documenting the allegations, and they are extensive.

One woman, Jillian Stannard, says Lamb's wife had a years-long affair with her then-husband after Lamb brought him into their sexual circle without her knowledge or consent. When Stannard sent explicit material — including a photo of Lamb's anatomy — to LDS church officials as part of their investigation, she says Lamb got in her face and threatened her directly. "Whatever you and Matt are dealing with has collateral damage," he allegedly told her.

Another woman says Lamb threatened to "call DPS" — the Arizona Department of Public Safety, which he had authority over as sheriff — if she posted his explicit images. He then allegedly offered to personally shut down any state criminal probe against her if she took down her posts. "I will ask for them not to proceed," he allegedly wrote. "My wife says she is okay with that too."

A third woman, Tammy Peacock, reportedly had a years-long affair with Lamb and had his sheriff's badge tattooed on her body with his name. "I love that tattoo," Lamb allegedly messaged her. In his book, he claimed he was "mortified" by it.
Lamb's response to all of this? "I've been with one woman in my life, and that was my wife."

Despite the revelations about his kinky sexual proclivities, Lamb is currently the favorite to win Arizona's 5th Congressional District. Donald Trump endorsed him anyway. Birds of a feather, we guess.

BREAKING: REVEALED! The IRS had a 25-page memo explaining how to beat Trump's lawsuit — the Justice Department ignored it and gave him $1.8 billion instead.

The fix was in from the beginning. Now we have the paper trail to prove it.

Career IRS lawyers prepared a detailed 25-page memo outlining multiple strong defenses against Trump's $10 billion lawsuit — defenses that legal experts say could have gotten the case thrown out entirely.

The Justice Department received it, ignored every word of it, never sent a single lawyer to court to contest Trump's claims, and instead handed him a $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund and permanent immunity from IRS audits.

The memo, prepared by career civil servants following standard procedures, identified at least two fatal flaws in Trump's suit.

First, the statute of limitations: federal law requires IRS lawsuits to be filed within two years of learning about a leak. Trump's own lawyer, Alina Habba, appeared in court in October 2023 when the leaker pleaded guilty — more than two years before Trump filed his January 2025 complaint.

Second, liability: because the leaker was a Booz Allen Hamilton contractor rather than an IRS employee, the Justice Department had successfully argued in other similar cases that the IRS couldn't be held responsible.

These were winning arguments. The IRS memo said so. Trump's own judge, Kathleen Williams, was already circling — she had ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually opposing each other or colluding, and was preparing to dismiss the case herself.

So, Trump pulled the suit before she could rule. The Justice Department — led by Todd Blanche, Trump's former personal criminal defense attorney — immediately announced the $1.8 billion fund. One day later, Blanche signed a separate one-page document giving Trump, his sons, and all Trump businesses permanent immunity from any IRS audit, past or future.

The Treasury Department's own general counsel resigned the day the fund was created.

The man who signed the IRS side of the agreement, Frank Bisignano, was never confirmed by the Senate for his IRS role. He's simultaneously running the Social Security Administration.

Career lawyers wrote the memo. Nobody read it. Nobody appeared in court. The president sued an agency he controls, negotiated a settlement with officials he appointed, dodged a judge who was about to stop him, and walked away with nearly $2 billion in taxpayer money and a lifetime tax amnesty.

This is not how law works. This is how rackets work. This is not how the United States government should work.
