Farms are an integral part of a community and we are extremely fortunate to live in an area where this dying art is still being practiced. We want to be able to suggest a cut of meat, how to prepare it and the best ways to enjoy it. Our shop, called MEat, is focused on 100% locally and humanely raised animals. No hormones, no antibiotics, all naturally raised animals without cages, free to roam. All of our products are raised by local farmers throughout Maine and New Hampshire who take pride in their work and who care about the well being of their animals.

This seasonal delicacy is back from the pastures of islands in Penobscot Bay and in now our case. Grazing wild on native grasses, kelp and rock w**d gives this lamb a distinctive briny quality while being raised in a stress free environment makes for exceptionally tender and flavorful meat. Available while supplies last!
