Pasture board spots available in Kittrell, NC - just 25 minutes from Wake Forest easily off Rt. 1. Great, happy barn culture with zero drama. Excellent facility for retirement boarding, particularly for those located out of state.

Board includes:

An owner with over 45 years experience
Very large, lush grass pastures that are fertilized annually
Feed 2x daily, either Triple Crown Complete/Senior or Tribute Kalm and Easy
Owner provided supplements/meds given as instructed
Beautiful orchard grass mix hay in winter
Blanketing during winter months
Fly masks and boots during summer months
Ample parking for trailers
Bathroom, laundry, H/C water in large wash stall
Air conditioned tack room and utility room
Well lit dressage arena for evening rides, dragged frequently depending on use and weather
Several jumps and poles
First-aid/small pen for lay up available
Small trail loop to the pond for warmup/cool down
Full board is $800 per month
Pasture board is $500 per month

Can provide references of current and past boarders if needed. Owner lives on premises and is here most of the time.

Open trainer policy so long as the trainer can provide proof of liability insurance.

Recently had several loads of footing added to the arena and had my awesome excavator bulldoze and box blade the piles. This was done to eliminate uneven spots and areas where the footing had gotten too low from past erosion problems and dragging over the years. I also had him carve out a spot for a new round pen, which will be built soon.

Currently 1 stall available for full board with a second stall opening at the end of October. Several openings for pasture boarders in Kittrell, NC -just 25 minutes from Wake Forest easily off Rt. 1. Stalls and pasture space openings are due to horses moving out of state, not related to the care. We have a happy, respectful, friendly barn culture with zero drama.

Board includes:

Large lush grass pastures
Feed 2x daily, either Triple Crown Complete/Senior or Tribute Kalm and Easy, with owner provided supplements
Daily stall cleaning with lots of bedding replaced as needed
Beautiful soft orchard grass and alfalfa/orchard mix hay
Hay nets for horses that need them
Concealed motor fans in each stall
Warm water during winter evenings including heated buckets
Blanketing in winter/fly masks and sheets during summer months
Ample parking for trailers
Bathroom, laundry, H/C water in large wash stall
Well lit dressage arena for evening rides, dragged after use
Several jumps and poles
First-aid/small pen for lay up available
Small trail loop to the pond

- Feed 2x daily, either Triple Crown or Tribute Kalm and Easy or Essential K, with owner provided supplements
- Daily stall cleaning with lots of bedding replaced as needed
- Custom stall mats in each stall for easy cleaning and no ridges or curled mats
- Orchard grass and alfalfa/orchard mix hay
- Flakes of alfalfa for hard keepers in the winter
- Hay nets for horses that need them
- Concealed motor fans in each stall
- Warm water during winter evenings including heated buckets
- Blanketing in winter/fly masks and sheets during summer months
- Parking for trailers
- Bathroom, laundry, H/C water in large wash stall
- Well lit dressage arena for evening rides, dragged after use
- Several jumps and poles
- First-aid/small pen for lay up available

The fence around the arena was completed today! There’s a 12 foot gate at the entrance and the arena is very well lit at night. It’s very bright!
