You can now find Coastal Harvest Micro Farm microgreens and herbs at Wee Winks Market & Deli in Duck!

We’re so thankful to the amazing people at Wee Winks for supporting local growers and choosing to offer fresh, locally grown microgreens to their customers. It means so much to our little micro farm to partner with businesses that value quality, freshness, and community.

Our microgreens are grown with care right here on the Outer Banks and harvested for peak flavor and nutrition. Whether you’re topping a sandwich, adding them to a salad, or garnishing your favorite meal, they’re an easy way to enjoy fresh, nutrient-packed greens.

Our Red Acre Cabbage microgreens may be tiny, but they are packed with incredible flavor, color, and nutrition! 🌸 Edible Flowers Coming Soon to Coastal Harvest Micro Farm 🌸

One of the first flowers to bloom for us this season has been beautiful borage with its vibrant blue star-shaped flowers. Not only are edible flowers stunning on the plate, many also offer unique flavors and natural health benefits.

Coming soon we’ll also have:

🌺 Nasturtiums
💜 Violas

Edible flowers can add color, freshness, texture, and creativity to salads, desserts, cocktails, charcuterie boards, and restaurant dishes.

Many varieties are also known for beneficial properties such as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds — making them as functional as they are beautiful.

Looking for an easy way to add more nutrition to your meals? Our fresh pea shoot microgreens are packed with flavor AND nutrients in every bite.

🌱 Harvest Day at Coastal Harvest Micro Farm 🌱

Today was a big and exciting day for us! We harvested our first trays of fresh hydroponically grown microgreens and delivered several chef sampler packs to local restaurants here on the Outer Banks.

We also got to enjoy some of our fresh harvest at brunch with my mom today, which made it even more special. 💚 Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms out there!

It’s incredibly rewarding to see something we’ve grown from seed ready to be shared with our community.

We’ll also be packaging up fresh microgreens for local pickup and Marketplace listings soon!

Our first harvest is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to get these greens into the hands of local chefs and our community.
