Just a quick reminder that March 11th, 12th, and 13th will be my last three days open for a while.

If you've been meaning to stop by Smokey to the Bone Southern BBQ, now’s the time. Come grab your favorites before I take some time away.

March 13th will also be Customer Appreciation Day as a thank you to everyone who has supported me.

I need to share an important update.

Due to medical reasons, I will be closing Smokey to the Bone Southern BBQ for an extended period of time. My last day of operation will be March 13th, 2026.

This decision is necessary so I can focus fully on my health and recovery.

That being said — I want to go out the right way.

March 13th will also be Customer Appreciation Day.
As a sincere thank you to everyone who has supported me, ordered from me, shared posts, told friends, and believed in what I’m building — all menu items will be discounted that day.

You’ve helped keep this dream alive, and I truly appreciate every single one of you.

I plan to reopen once I am fully able to operate the food trailer again. In the meantime, I expect to begin catering small parties starting in June 2026.

It’s a cold day out, and this is exactly the kind of weather that calls for real comfort food.
A nice hot baked potato loaded with the best BBQ pulled pork and all the right toppings, paired with a side of gumbo or BBQ beans, is hard to beat. Warm, filling, and made to actually stick with you through the day.
If you’re looking for something hearty and well-made, this is a solid choice.
