Sharing with a sad heart.. we have decided not to proceed with this collaboration.
She will do her own and one day mine will be back on the town!! Hard to duplicate the heart and passion I put into them, so we decided best not to proceed.

LONG POST WARNING- please read

Friends and Family,
First and foremost I want to let you all know I will forever be grateful for the support this community has shown me over the years.

What started as a small money maker grew into an undiscovered passion for the art of cheesecake making over 5 years ago. Over time I developed the name “Cheesecake Lady”. You have blessed me with your support for numerous occasions such as baby showers, birthdays, holidays, dinners, or a just-because.

It is with a sad but hopeful heart I announce my resignation as Cheesecake Lady and shut down Ashley’s Cheesecake Delights effective immediately. Time spent and late hours making cakes will be shifted to focusing on family and special time spent making important memories.

If you already have an order in for Thanksgiving, I will honor it and will be in touch when it’s ready for pickup at Woodsy Kitchen. If you have a gift certificate, please reach out to me.

I pray you understand and continue to show your support locally at any of our other AMAZING bakeries.

Thank you all for the fun. Thank you for helping me discover this passion. Thank you all for the quirky and fun flavor combinations! Thank you for entrusting me with your dessert selection at events. Most of all thank you all for the memories and amazing support throughout the years!! I will forever be grateful for this wonderful community.

I chose their strawberry fig as the perfect topping for these gluten free vanilla cheesecakes!
