Our cattle are raised on our family farm, with plenty of acreage to roam and grass to eat. We strive to provide a happy and healthy life for the animals as they mow, fertilize, and w**d our grassy fields. They are pasture raised and finished - never grain-fed. Our pigs eat grain and alfalfa grown by either us or other nearby farms. They enjoy roaming around and tilling up our soil and making new f
ertilizer for our fields. Our beef and pork are processed by Mohawk Meats, a USDA facility near Eugene. Additionally, our bacon, hams, and other cured products are cured and processed at Taylor's Meats, a USDA facility in Cave Junction.
