This delicious, fresh salad is made with locally grown spring mix, topped with fresh blueberries, cucumbers, avocado, red onion, chicken breast, sprinkled with feta cheese and drizzled with a house-made blueberry vinaigrette. Good Morning everyone! I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful Saturday morning. We have had a great start to our weekend with a Coffee and Cupcakes get together celebrating our nations 250th birthday! We want to give a huge shout out and big thank you to The Running Y Community Organizer for choosing us to provide coffee and specially made cupcakes for todays event. Our new sweet treat is a bit different and we love that about it! This is called a Hummingbird Scone, getting it's flavor profile from Hummingbird Cake. It is a unique mix of mashed bananas, pineapple, coconut, cinnamon and pecans. Topped with a cream cheese frosting, toasted coconut and pecans! 😍😍😍
