Celebrate the last weekend of summer with us at Benigna's Creek W**ery! Open for walk-ins all Labor Day weekend.

PEAR W**E BUBBLY FLOAT

🍦🍐🥂

A boozy twist on the classic ice cream float — creamy vanilla, fruity pear w**e, and a fizzy sparkling ice finish. Ready in under 5 minutes and the perfect weekend treat.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 2 oz Benigna’s Pear W**e
• 4 oz sparkling flavored water, chilled (Peach Nectarine or Black Raspberry recommended)

STEPS
1. Chill your glass: Pop a tall glass or float cup in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before starting — it keeps the float colder longer and helps the ice cream hold its shape.
2. Add the ice cream: Scoop 1 cup vanilla ice cream (about 1 large scoop) into the bottom of your chilled glass.
3. Pour in the pear w**e: Slowly pour 2 fluid ounces pear w**e directly over the ice cream. Go slow so it settles rather than melting the scoop too fast.
4. Top with sparkling water: Finish with 4 fluid ounces sparkling flavored water, chilled (Peach Nectarine or Black Raspberry recommended) pro tip - pour gently over the back of a spoon to preserve the fizz!
5. Serve immediately: Grab a straw and a spoon and enjoy right away while it’s still fizzy and cold.

Bottles & Bouquets is our last summer event before we roll into fall here at Benigna's Creek — so let's make it a good one. Join us Sunday, August 16th (1–4 PM) for w**e tastings, a wildflower field made for picking your own bouquet, live music from Alex Kehler, and eats from the Strums & Drums Food Truck.

You'll also be some of the first to try w**emaker Jake's new vintage of Pear w**e 👀 free tastings all day.
