Petersen Vineyards is a developing winery of Contra Costa County. Located in Knightsen, we have completed our second harvest of our exclusive estate vineyards, priding ourselves on creating high quality, unique, local wines and port wines. We grow our own grapes, and we pride ourselves with the quality we achieve through hard work and skill. The quality of wine starts with the quality of the grape

s that go into it. The grapes we grow are carefully selected to fit with our climate, soil and wines and ports we want to produce. Fruit aromas, boldness and mouth feel, spices and tannins are all attributes we sort to control through careful grape management and selection. Our grapes:
