The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, would like to make residents aware, we have received multiple phone calls regarding an individual identifying himself as a Starke County Deputy.

This individual has informed individuals that they have missed a court date. This individual has called employers of individuals on the s*x offender registry identifying himself as a Starke County Deputy.

This individual has also informed residents that they have warrants for their arrest.

574-359-7344, is not a phone number belonging to the Starke County Sheriff’s Office or our deputies.

Our office will not contact you informing you that you missed a court date. If you suspect the call is fraudulent or suspicious call the Starke County Sheriff’s Office.

Please protect your personal information, we will not solicit you for credit card information or other payment information.

Got Banjo with me and we are on our way to pick up 10 pallets to make a goat shelter!! Also might make a quick stop at rural king!! Word has it they just got a huge shipment of my favorite kinda chickens!!!
