5 Years ago today, Dia De opened its doors for our very first service ever Next Level Brewing Company. We began with cold calling local businesses to book our little school bus, to a permanent location SouthSide Garage with a much larger trailer.
(And there are no plans on slowing down) 😉
We are forever grateful to every single guest that has enjoyed our food over the years. The support we receive from our community is beyond humbling, and inspires us to continue to be creative and consistent daily.
So we just want to say thank you and here's to the future! 🥂
