Man, you’d think I would know by now that it’s always the “easy” ones that get me….😂😂

What seemed like a simple purchase of a digital file turned into total obscurity and ME making these custom cupcakes completely by hand….and although I might be a bit biased, I think we freaking killed it!!!!

‼️‼️ 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗 ‼️‼️

Well, I’ve found the only downside to this little “forced slowdown”….if I’m not posting multiple cakes every single day, FB kicks that algorithm into high gear and absolutely squashes all of my posts, effectively ensuring NO ONE sees my posts. 😤🤬

Since I’m finally feeling better, here’s to hoping you guys actually SEE this, haha…..

‼️‼️‼️ 𝗖𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗢𝗫𝗘𝗦 ‼️‼️‼️

In a crazy twist of fate, while I was thinking of ideas for the extra flavors for this box, the bride-to-be hit me with nearly IDENTICAL ideas, so you know what they say….it was meant to be!

And since a sweet customer told me that “you should be able to get wedding cake samplers at any point in life,” away we go!

Now, on to the good stuff….the FLAVORS!

1. 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 - the traditional favorite, with that cocoa-meets-buttermilk-tang, topped with a rich cream cheese buttercream frosting

2. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 - that classic spice cake (brimming with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger 🤤), full of freshly grated carrots and topped with cream cheese buttercream frosting

3. 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 - light and fluffy vanilla cake, topped with rich chocolate buttercream…it’s like a trip back in time to those sweet birthday cakes you had as a kid

4. 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 - not gonna lie, the flavor on this one might be my favorite EVER! It begins with the subtle sweetness of that wonderfully nutty pistachio cake (FULL of crushed pistachios, of course), topped with a PISTACHIO CREAM buttercream frosting and a side of raspberry compote. It’s out of this world, 20 out of 10, would recommend to EVERYONE, haha

5. 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 - again, the flavor profile on this box is unreal! The rich, buttery flavor of this nutty almond cake, topped with a 🍓 and St. Germaine (elderflower cordial, just FYI 😜) buttercream frosting AND a side of strawberry St. Germaine compote

6. 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 - and last but certainly not least, you’ve heart me call it the “cult favorite”….that wonderfully tangy lemon cake, topped with a lemon buttercream and a side of 🫐 compote

I’ve got 𝟓 𝙗𝙤𝙭𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚, ready for 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆. With the flavors in this box, these will be $𝟰𝟱, prepay only, FCFS, with pickups in the usual spots (right off the interstate from Lenoir City-Cedar Bluff Road, or Northshore/Pellissippi area). So if you need a little sweetness to get you through the weekend, give me a shout!!!

HOLY MOLY….. 🤯🤤🤯🤤

I’m working on getting a couple of the tasting boxes ready a little bit earlier than expected this weekend, and let me just tell you, THIS 👏🏼 PISTACHIO 👏🏼 CAKE 👏🏼IS 👏🏼 OFF 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 FREAKING 👏🏼 CHARTS!!!

Seriously, this guy is legit my new favorite, I can’t even begin to tell you how good it is! I’ve never personally been a fan of sweet stuff (ironic, I know 😂), and this took my favorite part of the Dubai cake - those nutty, slightly sweet pistachios - and amped it up to 100. I even did a little last minute pivot to really take it over the edge….instead of a traditional whipped buttercream, after a wee bit o’ sampling I decided that a whipped PISTACHIO CREAM buttercream was soooooo the way to go. And the results?

UN-FREAKING REAL.

Ok guys, so since I’ve heard on more than one occasion that some of the dads don’t feel quite as celebrated on Father’s Day as they would like, I figured this was the perfect time for some reciprocity for the fellas, so…..
