Can we give Megan some LOVE?! 😍 This picture was taken a couple weeks ago when she was already crushing it, but as of this week she is officially DOWN 26 POUNDS since April! 🔥👏🏼

But the number on the scale is only part of the win. Megan has been building better habits, making healthier choices, staying consistent, and most importantly — FEELING better overall. 🫶🏼

26 pounds didn’t happen overnight. It came from showing up, making one good choice after another, and sticking with it even when life gets busy. And she’s STILL GOING! 💪🏼
