Our Chocolate Cabernet Cake contains REAL Cabernet wine. 🍷🍫
That means you may occasionally see dark red or purple coloring in the cake crumbs, around the lid, or in the frosting. That’s called oxidation from the wine infusion — not mold.
We are a licensed, professional bakery. We have invested THOUSANDS of dollars in lab testing, shelf-life studies, licensing, inspections, and food safety to ensure our products are safe and delicious.
We know for a fact we are not selling moldy cakes.
Unlike mass-produced desserts that sit in warehouses for months, our cakes are baked in small batches and made fresh on a regular production schedule. Every recipe, ingredient, and process has been carefully tested.
So if you see Cabernet-colored crumbs in a Chocolate Cabernet Cake… congratulations, you’ve found the Cabernet. 🍷😂
