We all began by homebrewing. Over the years, we’ve cultivated many relationships with our local and regional homebrewers. This is a nod to community that started it all.

We might not have the ability to have our beers at a brick & mortar but SOON you will have access to several E&I beers in 5gallon home brew kits! Details coming soon!!!

Until then, grab our beers across town and at major retailers like totalwinespiritsbeerandmore and foodcitygrocery just to name a few!!🤌🏾🤌🏼🍻

Knoxville, we love you and the community showed up this weekend! While Sunday was our last day in our brick & mortar, we wanted to further inform our community as we move forward.

We are stoked to share more info with you in the coming weeks.

“Balance & Harmony” ☯️
Imperial British Oatmeal Stout aged in Buffalo Trace Distillery Blanton’s Gold barrel.

Rich, decadent, layered & complex. This beer has been in the making for quite some time. We were given an opportunity to collaborate with the Liquor Vault with this freshly dumped barrel & knew this was the beer that was going to rest in it.

Tap #5 is B&H on co2 and Tap #16 is B&H Nitro

Tonight is the last Bonsai Member Wednesday. Members, be sure to swing by for this delicious treat. Thank you for being truly exceptional.

Steph Cabell Music & Friends will be up to their normal shenanigans starting 2pm.

All good chapters must come to an end & our time on North Central has reached that landmark.

🚨Our distribution footprint will remain and your favorite beers will still be made; just a shift in direction 🚨

E&I is more than a building; it’s community.

Rising costs, changing climates, evolving nature of circumstances vastly out of our control have collectively led to our decision to close the taproom aspect of E&I.

Sunday, March 29th will be the last day of operations at E&I. This isn’t a goodbye forever, just a farewell to the space that held so much for so many.

These next few weeks will have a different feel but we are eager to serve our community until we can’t no more.

Ebony & Ivory Brewing :
built from our bootstraps, humble beginnings, highs & lows, and even in the difficult nation wide craft beer dismay, we still manage to do some pretty cool stuff.

Our model is different. Our model is built on community, equitable price points for quality beer. Margins are already small, but for us, they’re even smaller; bigger picture- community pillar for UNITY.

In 3 short years, we’ve been able to grow from 30bbls of beer a year to over 400bbls annually & pushing our products throughout the state and into many Food City grocery stores.

One thing is for sure, we still need YOU- the biggest part of our story. May you never forget that.
